Panic Attacks Symptoms – I Felt Like I Was Going Into Hell

You’ve had chest pains, difficulty breathing, and a black out.  Your doctor tells you that your heat is fine…

Now you are searching for what happened to you.  Those are all symptom’s of what is commonly known as a panic attack or an anxiety attack.  Here are some of the most common symptoms of panic attacks.

* Palpitations * a pounding heart, or an accelerated heart rate * Sweating * Trembling or shaking

* Shortness of breath

* A choking sensation

* Chest pain or discomfort

* Nausea or stomach cramps

* Derealization (a feeling of unreality)

* Fear of losing control or going crazy

* Fear of dying Numbness or a tingling sensation

* Chills or hot flashes
